Entry 18 : Follwing up with Supervisors

 ENTRY #18 

As of this day after the holiday break and the completion of semester 1 finals, it is now time to get reacquainted with my research and further development of my design to be fabricated this semester. Considering the improvements given by my supervisors although helpful and would help improve my design it over complicates the system creating a larger chance of a failure in the system. This hinders the reliability and serviceability of the tool. 

On considering Mr.Bansee's proposal to potentially add an idler gear. With the research of this gear, its seems an idler gear reverses the direction of the output gear along with reducing the size of the output/input gears. This may be helpful in some cases however in this scenario it would not.

however with this in mind other safety precautions as discussed before will be implemented .
