Entry 29 : Update On Fabbrication and Complete of Calculations

 ENTRY #29 

Continuation of fabrication proceeds, this week the completion of not only tabletop but shaft 2 was done. This allowed for focusing on motor mounting and pulley positioning is to be done. 

Below shows the clearance  holes and tabletop completed and initial mock-up of motor  : 

Other than the completion of the tabletop further calculations have been completed, these include gear ratio calculations, bending stresses, and keyway calculations. These should be adequate in determining the ridigity of the work machine. 

Further meetings with my supervisor are to be made to ensure the correct path is being followed .
