816005673 Final Year Project Logbook

 ENTRY #16  Final submission of all files is to be submitted today to ensure an early submission of all files such as the Logbook, Preliminary Report and finally the presentation.  The last meeting was done with Dr.Ojha for last-minute critiques on all files sent prior including the Presentation video.  It was stated that submission is to be done on both Myelearning and to email all involved. This being Dr.Ojha , Mr.Jainarine Bansee  and the moderator  Dr. Anthony Adeyanju.  It was also emphasized by my supervisor to adequately prepare for the Oral interview on November the 15th. It was advised to prepare statements summarizing the projects, concept materials, and selection process of the concepts. 

 ENTRY #15  This meeting was used to finalize corrections for the Final preliminary report. These corrections included the introductions such as Expected outcomes, Progress till date, and to current my grammar and formatting of the project.  Below shows a written document of the notes from this meeting  The final presentation was also discussed and the selected formatting was selected  The image below shows the selected format

 ENTRY #1 At this point in time the Gantt chart proposed is now to be finalized and done over software  The figure below shows the sketch of the layout of the Gantt chart :  This was done earlier in the semester in accordance to both the methodology done in Chapter 3 and  the introduction done in Chapter 1 .  The first draft of the preliminary report was also submitted for feedback bt supervisor . This meeting was scheduled for November the 8th 

 ENTRY # 13      The final concepts and final design with critical dimensions were submitted to my lecturer  The QFD chart was also finalized using the data collected prior and was ready to be criticized by my supervisor, Dr.Ojha.  This chart can be seen below :  Another meeting was scheduled with my supervisor to discuss the corrections if any to my preliminary report .
