Construction Process

This page is dedicated to showing images of different manufacturing process steps to complete the design proposed. Disclaimer the "real world" design has encountered limitations such as material and tool accessibility therefore some designs may differ slightly however the main concepts and tooling are accurate.

The image below shows the construction of the mainframe :

Following this step main components like the castor wheels were then added shown below :

The construction of shafts and the main mounting tabletop was then started shown below :

Main holes and features of the tabletop were then to be constructed and inputted into the selected work material being MDF board, a composite engineered board :

Afterward the tabletop was to be mounted and main features such as the motor and Shaft 2 supports are to be added as well as bearing for Shaft 1
The images  below shows capture of these being added :

The drilling tool was then added and using 2 M8x3" bolts and nuts it was secured to the support brackets and the bevel gears aligned, the image below shows this completed product :

The Final assembly can now be done. This is done by mounting up both shafts 1 and shaft 2 with its components and using V-belts to connect to the driving motor. This is done using length adjustable belts.

Finalization such as the electronics like the switch panel and motor wiring was then complete and the product is now complete and ready to test .

The machine is now complete and ready for testing
